Bob has over 30 years successful experience in the development and implementation of corporate operational excellence, maintenance, integrity, turnaround and reliability programs within the oil and gas, electric power, consumer products, and specialty chemicals industries. Significant bottom-line success in safety, compliance, cost reductions and manufacturing capability improvements and ERP and APM implementations. Bob is adept at strategic program management, budget development, P&L responsibility, change management, leadership development and coaching, and staff organization/development. Bob has an Electrical Engineering Degree from West Coast University and The Pennsylvania State University and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine service.
