Speaker: Preparing for the Future: Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Opportunities in Technology Solutions

Jason Krupp is a senior project manager at Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has been with TVA since 2001 and during that time he’s held various roles in the company. He’s provided engineering support at TVA’s gas generation sites, helped Local Power Company (LPC) customers better understand how to use electricity more effectively, run TVA’s industrial energy efficiency and electrification programs, and managed the central business support team for TVA’s customer relationship team. Currently, he is leading the Regional Grid Transformation initiative, one of TVA’s Transformative Innovation Initiatives, which is designed to advance modernization of the electric grid through collaborative visioning, research, and technology demonstrations with LPCs.
