EEI Loss Control Committee:

Given the growing concerns about COVID-19 and the increased impact it is having on some communities, we are canceling the EEI Loss Control Committee meeting that was scheduled to take place at the 2020 ELECTRIC POWER Conference and Exhibition in Denver next month. This was a difficult decision, but we feel it is best to err on the side of caution as this situation rapidly evolves. The health and safety of our members and colleagues are paramount in making this decision, and many EEI member companies have already adopted their own restrictions on travel. At this time, the 2020 ELECTRIC POWER Conference and Exhibition is still planned to move forward so refunds are not expected to be issued for anyone traveling domestically.

We truly value your support of EEI and your interest in attending our meetings, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and ongoing engagement. We will seek to proceed with our normally scheduled stand-alone meeting this fall, and I hope you will be able to join us then (date and time TBD). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
